LEARN. EDUCATE. ADVOCATE. DEVELOP.
L.E.A.D. Inc. is a non-profit organization created to assist families, educators, and community stakeholders meet the educational needs of children with disabilities or developmental delays. With a focus on early learning skills, child development, and advocacy, L.E.A.D. Inc. partners with families, service providers, and school teams to offer an educational experience that supports the whole child. We target students that are toddler & preschool aged-5th grade. In memory of Derrick Jones, a young scholar with disabilities whose life was short-lived, our goal is to continue his legacy by building an ecosystem of support that meets the learning needs of ALL children.
L.E.A.D. INC. AT A GLANCE
L.E.A.D. Inc. knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2013 when our Non-Profit Organization was created, our goal was to create an educational experience for a small population of children. Now, more than ever, we realize how important it is to not only support the child but also the family and the community in which they live. As a result, L.E.A.D. Inc. understands that "Leading well is not about enriching yourself, it's about empowering others."
